I have been a personal trainer for over 15 years. I got my start as a personal trainer in the United States Army, and have been hooked ever since! I believe in looking at the body as a single unit rather than as a bunch of separate parts. My personalized approach puts much less stress on your joints than traditional weightlifting and significantly reduces the risk of injury. My goal is to get you looking and feeling good!

I came to Ramon after a couple years recovery from back and neck surgery. During those years I had put on about 25 lbs of "fat boy" weight from non-exercise, poor diet, heavy medication, and mild depression. I was not new to the gym or trainer environment, I have been weight training for sports since my teenage years, with a high focus on strength and muscle building focus. I will admit, I was skeptical of leaving the traditional training behind, and venturing into the full-body focus. Ramon was quick to put my mind and body back into shape. Within in the first 3 months I had lost 25 lbs and increased my lean muscle mass tremendously and over the next 3 months I had gained back another 7 lbs of muscle.... a complete transformation both physically and mentally.
